More glimpses of God's perfection

Beautiful baby boy...

I just love little babies... they are like a glimpse of God's perfection... from the perfect little eyes and tiny little nose to teeny tiny fingers and itty bitty toes...
and this little guy is no exception... what a gorgeous little man...

I am such a slacker... erm I mean busy...

Ok, so I just realized that I haven't posted any pictures from my most recent sessions! So... that's what I'm gonna do, yessiree. Here's some of my favorites from my friend Trista's session with her hubby and son! They are so cute together!

Oooooh look at what I got...

Ok... so I had a rather rough day on Friday.... I got home Thursday afternoon from being in Austin for a technology conference since Tuesday, so I had a ton of things to do. Add to that the stress of children not doing chores like they were asked, and it just made for a rather "grumpy" day for me. Anthony and the kids came over and I was in the kitchen getting out the aluminum foil to put in the oven for the pizza (works better than a pan in my opinion... but that's beside the point...) when Anthony called me from my bedroom. I responded with "In a minute..." and he called me again. I let out a sigh of exasperation wondering what was so important that I couldn't put the pizza in the oven first.

I walked into the bedroom and Anthony was on one knee... ring in hand...

I bawled like a baby. I don't think I verbally said yes... I couldn't. I was bawling too stinkin' hard. LOL It's the perfect ring... well it will be once they resize it to fit my chubby finger! LOL The jeweler said it'd be ready on Wednesday and I cannot wait to get it back on my finger!

Ok, so it's not particularly easy to photograph seven people in a picture...

the task becomes even more difficult when you're the photographer...

and you have to be IN the picture...

Sarah stand here... Jayda stand over there... Logan scoot over just a teeny bit more... Matthew don't slouch... real smiles, kids... no, I said REAL smiles, not really big fake smiles... Lindsay, sit up... now move over a little more... Jayda, get your hands out from behind your back! Sarah... closer to Lindsay... she won't bite! oh come on, guys... just sit still for one minute and we'll be done... oh now why did you have to move Logan? Look at the camera and smile............. *sigh* I think you get the idea... LOL

So this is the best we can do for now...

Isn't he just the most handsome man ever.... (oh yes, I am smitten) hehe

Ok so I thought it was time to finally post some pictures of MY kids. :-) I was at my sister's house the other day and decided to take pictures of my nieces and of Sarah and Matthew. I thought they did a great job taking pictures!
